We have been hard at work at Dunn Hardware, redesigning our website to make it more reflective of who we are, and what we can do for our customers. All of the photography has changed, along with much of the associated text. We have emphasized the links to both Ben Moore and Ace Hardware’s online portals to make it easier for you to shop online and pick-up in the store — something we have gotten quite good at over the last two years, as necessitated by Covid. And best of all, we have totally revamped the Design Center pages!
You can see photos of our department and our staff, along with staff bios. But the most exciting thing of all is that we now have a pretty comprehensive listing of the lines of wallpaper, fabric, decorative hardware, and window treatments that we sell, with links to each manufacturer’s website. If you have been in to our department in the last few years you know that we have the largest selection of wallpaper books in the Northeast Ohio area. We have the full selection of catalogs from Thibaut, York, Brewster, Phillip Jeffries, JF Fabrics and lots of others. But there are SO MANY other lines that we have access to! It has been helpful even to us to get them listed all in one place.
All of you designers out there are accustomed to working by memo sample, and even our retail customers are getting used to the idea, since it gives us access to such a wide range of papers (and fabrics!) from across the globe. The links take you straight to the design houses we have accounts with, and you can browse to your heart’s content. Then just let us know what samples we can order for you. So easy! Please take a look, and bookmark the page if it seems like it will be a helpful resource for you.
And our other good news is that Karen, Dunn Hardware’s inimitable color consultant, is getting married! We are so excited for her upcoming wedding, and wish her nothing but happiness, but it does mean that we will be short-handed for the next 10 days or so. Judy and I are going to be here holding down the fort in the Design Center, and we’ll do our best to keep up with whatever you throw our way, but we THANK YOU in advance for your patience with us. Please note that the Design Center will effectively be closed for one day only during that period — Saturday September 18th — for the big event.
